Tour Guidelines Tours are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. with the last tour booking at 3:00 a.m. At this time we are able to accommodate a minimum of 10 people to a maximum of 30 people per tour booking. A minimum of two weeks notice is required to book and confirm your tour.
Although we understand circumstances may require you to change or cancel your tour, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your tour date. In the event that The Medicine Hat News needs to cancel your tour due to weather conditions or scheduling conflicts, we will attempt to contact you at our earliest convenience to reschedule your tour.
In order to confirm your tour date, the booking form must be received within 10 business days prior to your tour. Failure to send in your booking form may result in cancellation of your tour without notification. Send completed form by fax to 403-528-5696, or email to:
